Product training videos that keep up with the product.
Feature explainers, software walkthroughs and internal systems training — for products that ship changes faster than training can be rebuilt.

- Let's be honest, nobody reads the 40-page manual.
- So at Flipkart, we made one you just watch.
- I'm Neha and in a few minutes, I'll walk you through the screens you'll
- actually use every day.
- No manual needed. Let's dive in.
How can Probbit help with product and systems training video?
Probbit produces AI-powered product and systems training video — feature explainers, software walkthroughs, internal tooling training and channel product education — re-cut section by section when the interface changes rather than re-recorded from scratch.
What we make
What this solution includes.
Software walkthroughs
Screen-based training rebuilt for legibility rather than a raw capture — the cursor findable, the relevant field emphasised, and the pace set for someone learning rather than someone demonstrating.
Feature and release explainers
Short modules tied to a release, so a change ships with the training that explains it rather than six months after it.
Internal systems training
ERP, CRM, ticketing and internal tooling — the systems where a wrong entry costs somebody downstream a day of reconciliation.
Channel and customer-facing product education
Product education for dealers, distributors and partners who need to explain the product without having been in the room when it was built.
Who it's for. Product, Customer Success, Operations, Enablement and Channel teams — particularly where the product changes on a release cycle rather than annually.
Plan your module
What should you prepare before production?
- Name the product version, learner role and task that should be completed after watching.
- Use a test environment with approved sample data, and show the expected result after each important action.
- Record who checks the module when a release changes the interface or workflow.

Hardware you can put in someone’s hands
If the training is about a physical device — how it feels, where the ports are, what the indicator actually looks like — film the device.
Live sandbox practice
Watching a walkthrough is not the same as doing the task. Video shortens the path to competence; it does not replace a practice environment, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Can AI make technical training videos?
Yes, for technical explanations and software workflows grounded in approved source material. Probbit combines AI-assisted visuals and narration with captures of your real product or system, and your subject expert checks the steps. Precise equipment handling should use authentic footage and supervised practice; a generated demonstration is not evidence that a physical task is correct.
What happens when the interface changes?
Editable source files can make a targeted update practical. We review the affected script, visuals, language versions and package testing, then confirm the work, timing and price before editing. Changes to filmed material or the learning objective may need a larger rebuild.
Can training ship alongside a release?
That is what the structure is for. Once the spine of a module exists, a release-specific update is a short cut against an existing build rather than a new production, which is what makes tracking a release cycle realistic.
Do you record our actual software?
We work from capture of your real environment and rebuild it for legibility — a raw screen recording at presenter pace is usually the reason people cannot follow the module.
Will it work with our LMS?
We scope packaging against your LMS and the reporting you need. SCORM 1.2 is the usual starting point; other standards depend on platform support and the agreed specification. Test launch, resume, completion and any assessment records in the target environment before handover.
Can we use the same module for internal teams and channel partners?
Usually with one build and two cuts. The product substance is shared; the framing, depth and commercial detail differ, and versioning them from the same master keeps the product facts identical across both.
What do you need to start?
Share access or an approved capture of the environment, release notes or an existing deck, and nominate a product reviewer. We confirm briefing sessions, script reviews and approvals before production begins.

Sales training videos built from real conversations.
Pitch, discovery, objection handling and negotiation — played out as conversations rather than described in a deck, so a new rep has heard it before they have to have it.
Animated training videos for complex ideas.
Systems, workflows, frameworks and machinery seen from the inside — for subjects where filming the outside of the thing tells you nothing about what it is doing.
