Safety and SOP training videos that show the sequence.

EHS, plant safety, permit-to-work and standard operating procedure — for workforces that read the SOP in a second language, if at all.

How can Probbit help with safety, EHS and SOP training video?

Probbit produces AI-powered safety, EHS and SOP training video for manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, energy and field operations in India — showing the environment, the hazard and the correct order of steps rather than describing them in text.

What we make

What this solution includes.

Plant and site safety induction

The induction every worker and contractor takes before going on site: zones, PPE, movement rules, permit requirements and what to do when something goes wrong — tracked per person so it can be evidenced.

Standard operating procedures

Step-by-step procedure modules where the order, the checks between steps and the correct end state are shown rather than listed.

Permit-to-work and high-risk activity

Hot work, working at height, confined space, lockout-tagout and line-breaking — the activities where the procedure exists precisely because the consequence of skipping a step is severe.

Incident and near-miss learning

Reconstructions built from your own incident reports, so the lesson is drawn from something that happened here rather than a generic scenario nobody recognises.

Who it's for. EHS, plant, operations and site leadership in manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, energy and field services — particularly with contract or multilingual workforces.

Plan your module

What should you prepare before production?

  1. Provide the current approved procedure and identify the site, equipment and roles it covers.
  2. Mark the physical actions that require authentic footage and technical review rather than generated illustration.
  3. Specify the supervised practice or competence check that follows; watching a video does not authorise equipment operation.

CDC’s public-health training framework covers needs analysis, subject-expert review, evaluation and follow-up. CDC: quality training standards.

Scope

Scope and review requirements.

Demonstrations on your specific equipment

Where the exact machine, panel, guard or torque value matters, a worker needs to see that machine — not a convincing likeness of one. That is a camera on your floor, and we will say so before you commission anything.

Competence assessment and sign-off

We produce the training. Whether someone is competent to perform the task is a supervised assessment, and no video should be treated as evidence of it.

FAQ

Questions about safety, EHS and SOP training video.

Last reviewed

Can you produce this in regional languages?

Yes, and for safety content it is usually the point. Additional languages are re-voiced and re-rendered from the same approved master, including on-screen text and step labels rather than subtitles pasted over the original.

Can we evidence contractor completion?

Yes. SCORM 1.2 packaging reports completion per learner into your LMS, which is what makes it usable as a record for contractors as well as employees. We test the package in your environment before handover.

What if the procedure involves our own machinery?

Then part of it should be filmed. We are direct about this: hands-on demonstrations of specific physical equipment are one of the things we will tell you to shoot rather than render. We can produce everything around that footage and cut it in.

How quickly can a revised SOP be reflected?

Editable source files can make a targeted update practical. We review the affected script, visuals, language versions and package testing, then confirm the work, timing and price before editing. Changes to filmed material or the learning objective may need a larger rebuild.

Can we get short versions for toolbox talks?

Yes. Shift-briefing cuts come from the same build rather than being produced separately, so the short version cannot drift away from the full module.

Do you work from our existing SOP documents?

Yes. Share the approved SOP and nominate the procedure owner as a reviewer. We confirm the briefing sessions, script reviews and safety approvals needed before production begins.

One module is enough. We'll come back with how we'd make it, what it would take, and a free audit of the curriculum you already have.
