The reason internal training looks worse than external marketing has never been that L&D teams don't care. It's that a conventional shoot costs too much to justify for a twelve-minute module about expense policy, so the module gets made in PowerPoint and nobody watches it. We exist to remove that trade-off.

Probbit uses AI-assisted visuals, presenters and voiceover within a human-directed production process. The team develops the script and visual approach from approved training material, then edits the module with your reviewers. AI supports production; your learning objective and subject accuracy guide the decisions.
Will an AI presenter appear in every Probbit training video?
No. A presenter is one option. A module may work better as a workplace scenario, animation, screen walkthrough or a combination of real footage and AI-assisted visuals. We select the treatment around what the learner needs to see, rather than apply the same avatar to every topic.
Who works on the script and content review?
Probbit handles the agreed scripting and creative production. Your nominated subject experts, policy owners or safety reviewers approve the specialist content. Clear review responsibilities help us resolve questions before final production and keep the finished video aligned with the approved material.
Can our L&D team keep its existing tools and workflow?
Yes. Probbit can work from approved decks, SOPs and other source material alongside your L&D or instructional design team. You do not need to adopt a self-service AI video platform to commission production. We agree review milestones and delivery requirements around the systems your team uses.
