Who We Are

Probbit is the corporate learning and development studio operated by IZZYAI Labs Private Limited, a private limited company registered in India. In these Terms, “Probbit”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to IZZYAI Labs Private Limited, which is the contracting party for all services described below.

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Probbit for services or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use our services.

Services

Probbit produces corporate training video, including onboarding, compliance, safety and SOP, product, sales enablement and microlearning content, together with localisation, captioning and LMS packaging. The specific deliverables, timelines, review rounds and pricing for each project are defined in an individual project agreement or statement of work.

Pricing and Estimates

Figures published on this website — turnaround times, retainer percentages and cost comparisons — are indicative and for orientation only. They are not quotes, not offers capable of acceptance, and not a commitment to any price or date. A binding number is set in the project agreement, which governs where anything on this site conflicts with it.

Payment Terms

Projects require a 50% deposit before work begins and the remaining 50% upon delivery of final files. Late payments beyond 14 days of the invoice date may incur a 2% monthly interest charge. We reserve the right to pause active projects where payment is overdue by more than 30 days.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the creative work produced for a client project transfers to the client. Probbit retains ownership of the underlying tools, templates, workflows and production processes, and the right to display the work in its portfolio unless a written portfolio exclusion is agreed. The content, design and marks of this website remain our property.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in connection with a project. On our side that routinely includes HR and compliance policies, incident and investigation material, internal systems, site footage and named employees, and we treat it accordingly. This obligation survives termination of the project relationship for two years.

Revisions and Approvals

Each project agreement specifies the number of revision rounds included. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at our standard rate. Client approval at each milestone constitutes acceptance of that stage of work.

Placeholder Material

Some of the moving frames shown across this site are generated placeholders standing in for work still in production, and the accompanying quotes are illustrative rather than attributed to a named client. Neither should be read as a portfolio of specific delivered projects.

Limitation of Liability

Probbit’s liability for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in dispute. Probbit is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
