Who We Are

Probbit is the corporate learning and development studio operated by IZZYAI Labs Private Limited, a private limited company registered in India. IZZYAI Labs Private Limited is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. In this policy, “Probbit”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to IZZYAI Labs Private Limited.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly — your name, email address, company and the details of your training requirement — when you book a consultation, ask us to call you back, write to us or message us on WhatsApp. Consultations are booked through Calendly, which collects those details on its own site and passes them to us. The call-back form asks for your name, email address and phone number, and a WhatsApp message also gives us your phone number. We also collect usage data from this website, including pages visited, time spent and referral sources.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, scope and deliver our services, and improve this website. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers who help us operate — Vercel (hosting), Calendly (consultation booking), Zoho CRM (where we keep enquiries and bookings), Google Analytics (website measurement) and Meta (advertising measurement, and WhatsApp for messages you send us there) — under strict confidentiality terms.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers and protected by industry-standard encryption. We retain enquiry and project-brief information for up to 24 months to support ongoing relationships. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at hello@probbit.in.

Cookies and Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. It sets two cookies in your browser — _ga and _ga_MJC3FWN1WS — which last up to two years and distinguish one visitor from another. They do not carry your name or email address.

Alongside pages viewed, we record when someone opens our booking link, our email address or our WhatsApp chat, or sends our call-back form, and which button on which page it was — that a form was sent, never what was typed into it. We use that to tell which parts of the site are useful, not to identify you. Google Analytics does not record your full IP address.

You can refuse these cookies through your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on, which blocks Google Analytics on every site you visit. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

This website also loads the Meta Pixel, an advertising tag from Meta Platforms. It sets a _fbp cookie lasting up to 90 days and tells Meta which pages you viewed here, so that we can measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads bring people to the site and show those ads to people who have visited it. If you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta may connect that activity to your account under its own privacy policy. You can opt out of ads personalisation in your Facebook ad settings, or block the pixel with a content blocker or your browser's tracking protection. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

We run no third-party embeds, and our typefaces are served from our own domain rather than fetched from a third party.

Where Your Data Goes

Google Analytics processes measurement data on Google's infrastructure, which means it may be stored and processed outside India, including in the United States. Meta processes pixel data on its own infrastructure, also largely in the United States. Calendly, which handles consultation bookings, processes data in the United States. All three are bound by their own published terms and by the confidentiality terms we hold them to.

Material Inside a Project

This policy covers the website. Material you share during a paid engagement — policies, scripts, subject-matter interviews, employee footage or learner data — is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, which sets its own confidentiality, security and deletion terms.

Your Rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw a consent you have given, and raise a grievance with us. If you are in the EU or UK you may also object to processing or request portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@probbit.in. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be flagged on this page. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
