AI & Learning and Development
Explore the AI L&D video studioWhat is an AI training video?
An AI training video uses AI-assisted visuals, presenters or voiceover to explain a workplace task, policy or skill. At Probbit, people direct the script, visual treatment and edit, while your subject experts approve the facts. The learning objective determines which AI tools and filmed elements are appropriate.
How can AI support corporate Learning and Development?
AI can support L&D content production by helping create visuals, narration and language versions from approved training material. It can also make targeted updates easier when policies or products change. Learning objectives, subject accuracy and evaluation still need human decisions; AI production alone does not establish learning effectiveness.
Which corporate training videos can Probbit produce with AI?
Probbit produces onboarding, compliance, safety, product, sales and leadership training videos, along with microlearning series and animated explainers. We choose the format around the task: a workplace scenario, a presenter, a real software walkthrough or an animation that explains something a camera cannot show.
Is Probbit an AI video generator or a production studio?
Probbit is an AI content studio for corporate training, not a self-service video generator. You commission a finished module or series: we handle agreed scripting, visuals, editing and delivery with your reviewers. A self-service tool suits teams that want to operate the software and manage production themselves.
What is the difference between an AI avatar and an AI voiceover?
An AI avatar is a digital presenter shown on screen; an AI voiceover is generated narration that can accompany demonstrations, animation or other visuals. Neither is required in every training video. Probbit selects the treatment around what employees need to see and understand, rather than applying one presenter format to every subject.
Planning & pricing
Read the training video cost guideHow much does an AI corporate training video cost?
Probbit quotes after reviewing the brief. Price depends on source material, script work, duration, visual format, language versions, review rounds and LMS delivery. Share one representative module so the estimate can identify the deliverables, assumptions and revision scope; there is no single price that fits every training project.
Is AI training video production cheaper than filming?
It can be when a project avoids location shoots or reuses an approved visual treatment across modules. Savings depend on the subject, review effort and required outputs. A precise equipment demonstration or a named speaker may still need filming. Compare quotations for the same script, languages, revisions and delivery requirements.
What should an AI training video brief include?
Include the audience, one clear learning objective, approved source material, required languages, delivery platform and the person responsible for sign-off. Add brand guidelines, a target date and any restrictions on AI tools or confidential information. State what employees should be able to do after watching.
Can we start with one training module before commissioning a series?
Yes. One representative module lets you review the script, visual approach, terminology and delivery requirements before agreeing a larger series. Choose a real training need with available source material and a named reviewer. Agree the pilot's scope and acceptance criteria before production.
AI production & human review
Explore product and technical trainingCan Probbit turn PowerPoint slides, PDFs or SOPs into AI training videos?
Yes. Approved presentations, policies, PDFs and SOPs can provide the source material. We identify the learning objective, resolve missing context with your subject expert and build a visual script. The process is more than narrating each slide: examples, demonstrations and scene choices need to support the task.
Do we need cameras, actors or a voiceover artist?
Some modules can use AI-assisted visuals, presenters and narration without a shoot. Others need authentic footage because a real person's identity, the actual workplace or a precise physical action matters. We recommend filmed, AI-assisted or combined production after reviewing the brief, rather than promise that every subject can be generated.
How long does AI training video production take?
Timing depends on the module's complexity, source readiness, languages and approval process. A single straightforward module needs different milestones from a multilingual series with legal and safety reviews. We agree a schedule after confirming the script, assets, reviewers and delivery scope; AI generation time is only one part of production.
How is AI-generated training content checked for accuracy?
The script is checked against your approved source material, and designated subject experts approve factual, policy and safety content. Probbit reviews the production, including visuals, narration, captions and consistency with the approved script. Uncertain details need resolution before release; an AI-generated scene is not evidence that a process is correct.
Can AI be used for technical training and software walkthroughs?
Yes, with the right source material and review. Real screen recordings, approved procedures and subject-expert explanations can be combined with AI-assisted narration and supporting visuals. Actual software steps or equipment actions should be shown accurately; we do not substitute a plausible generated interface or movement for the real process.
Does Probbit provide instructional design as well as AI video production?
Probbit writes scripts and structures training modules. Deep learning architecture, assessment validity and branching design are separate specialist work. We can work alongside your instructional designers or an agreed partner, with responsibilities made clear in the scope before production starts.
Languages & AI localisation
Explore training video localisationCan AI training videos be translated into multiple languages?
Yes. Probbit can produce agreed language versions from an approved master, covering scripts, voiceover, captions and on-screen text. Confirm the language list, terminology and reviewers before quoting. Each version needs a meaning and pronunciation review; automatic translation alone is not the final approval.
Can we request Hindi or other Indian language versions?
Share the specific languages, regional variants and employee locations you need, including Hindi where relevant. We confirm voice options, terminology and review arrangements for each requested version before agreeing the scope. A language count by itself does not establish suitability for your workforce.
Is AI video translation the same as full localisation?
No. Translation changes the language, while localisation may also adapt on-screen text, examples, units, cultural context and pacing. Subtitles alone may leave important visual information untranslated. We agree which elements need adaptation and check each version against the approved learning objective.
How do you handle technical terms in multilingual training videos?
Agree a glossary with your subject and language reviewers before production. Check product names, safety terms, pronunciation and the meaning of instructions in the script, voiceover, captions and visual text. Review translated versions together so a correct master is not undermined by an inconsistent local version.
LMS, captions & accessibility
Explore LMS and accessibility deliveryCan AI training videos be used in our existing LMS?
Usually, with delivery matched to your learning management system. A video file may be enough for viewing, while completion tracking can require a learning package and agreed rules. Confirm the LMS, hosting approach and reporting needs before production, then test the actual deliverable in your target system.
Can Probbit provide SCORM, xAPI or cmi5 delivery?
LMS packaging is scoped to the formats and reporting your system supports, which may include SCORM, xAPI or cmi5. These are different delivery and tracking approaches, not interchangeable labels. Agree launch, resume, completion and reporting behaviour, then test the package with a learner account in the target LMS.
Do AI training videos include captions and transcripts?
Captions and readable transcripts can be included in the agreed delivery. They should match the approved narration and be reviewed alongside language versions and later edits. Probbit's current website sample clips have readable transcripts and caption files, so you can inspect how those supporting materials work.
Do captions make an AI training video fully accessible?
Captions help, but they do not establish full accessibility on their own. Visual-only information, audio description where needed, contrast, keyboard controls and the surrounding player or LMS also matter. Agree the accessibility requirements and review scope for the complete learning experience before production.
Data, consent & enterprise requirements
Read the privacy policyHow should we share confidential training material for an AI video project?
Agree confidentiality, permitted production tools, access and deletion terms before sharing sensitive project material. Start an enquiry with a non-sensitive summary or a redacted example. The website privacy policy covers website data; material shared during a paid engagement is governed by that project's written agreement.
Can Probbit meet our enterprise AI and security requirements?
Share your procurement, security and AI-use requirements before scoping the project. We need to confirm permitted tools, data handling and contractual terms against those requirements. Probbit does not claim security certifications it has not earned, and an individual tool provider's certification does not certify the entire production service.
What permissions are needed for employee footage, an AI likeness or a cloned voice?
Confirm the person's permission and the rights to use each supplied asset for the intended training, audience and distribution. If a project proposes an AI likeness or cloned voice, agree the permitted use and production-tool conditions before proceeding. A generated appearance or voice should not imply an endorsement that the person has not approved.
Updates & learning evidence
Explore training library updatesCan an AI training video be updated when a policy or product changes?
Yes. Editable source files and a version register can support targeted script, scene or voiceover changes. Review the affected captions, language versions and LMS packages together. A small change may need only a focused update, while a new learning objective or substantially different process may require a rebuild.
How should we measure whether an AI training video works?
Choose measures that match the learning objective, such as task accuracy, time to readiness, knowledge checks or observed behaviour. LMS completion shows participation, not necessarily understanding. Compare results with an appropriate baseline and account for other changes before attributing a business outcome to the video.
Are the AI training case studies on this website Probbit client projects?
No. The current case studies are public industry examples from other companies, with original sources linked on their detail pages. Reported outcomes belong to those sources and have not been independently audited by Probbit. Our showreel and sample clips demonstrate production treatments; they are not proof of a client's learning results.
