FAQ

Choosing between them.

Can one module use more than one format?

Usually it should. A compliance module often opens with a short dramatised scenario and then switches to a walkthrough for the reporting process, because the two halves are teaching different things. Formats are a toolkit rather than a menu you pick once — we choose them per section, and the production mix is included in the agreed quote.

How long does a single module take?

5–7 day target: A production target from an approved script for the agreed module scope. Complexity, language versions and review turnaround affect delivery; we confirm milestones for your project before production. Review rounds and approval milestones are agreed in the project scope.

How do you keep a whole library consistent?

One approved build per module and one set of decisions across all of them: the same voice, pacing, on-screen system and terminology. Modules produced separately by different people drift apart, and the drift shows most in the places employees notice — a term used two ways, a process shown in two orders. Building them against a shared spine is what stops that, and it is also what makes a later refresh a re-cut rather than a rebuild.

Can you work alongside our existing agency or in-house team?

Yes, and it is common. We often produce against instructional design somebody else owns, or take the modules an in-house team does not have capacity for. We are direct about our own edge: we write scripts and structure modules, but deep learning architecture and assessment validity is not our craft, and we would rather partner on it than approximate it.

Who owns the finished module?

You do. The creative work produced for a project transfers to you on full payment. We retain the underlying tools, templates and production workflows, and the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to — some clients do, and that is fine. Retained source files can support later policy or product updates; timing, price and the extent of any rebuild are confirmed for each change. The full position is in our terms.

What if what we need isn't one of these eleven?

Tell us anyway. The eleven cover what we are asked for most, not the limit of what we make. What is worth knowing before you ask is where we stop: a real named executive on camera, hands-on demonstrations of your specific equipment, and genuine customer testimonials are all things we will tell you to film rather than produce. Saying so before you commission is more useful than a quote for work that would not land.

We already licence an AI video tool. Is this still relevant?

Usually, and you should keep the licence. Tell us which modules it is not getting through. The commonest pattern we see is a tool handling routine internal updates perfectly well and stalling on the two or three modules that carry real consequence — because the constraint on those is the script, the structure and the sign-off rather than the rendering.

How do we decide whether to commission this at all?

One honest question: is the bottleneck the making, or everything before it? If your scripts are written, approved and only need producing, you probably do not need us. If the scripts are the thing that never gets finished, production capacity of any kind does not fix that on its own — which is why the curriculum audit comes before the quote, and why we will tell you when a module does not need remaking.

Not sure which format
your training needs?

Send us your existing curriculum or one priority module. We'll identify what can be shortened, updated, repurposed or rebuilt — and recommend the best production format.
