What's in it

The work, by module type.

Compliance and POSH

Dramatised workplace situations rather than narrated policy — the moment a decision is actually made, and what the wrong one looks like.

Onboarding and induction

Company introduction, first-week systems and the policy material every new joiner meets in their first fortnight.

Safety, EHS and SOP

Plant and site procedure shown as a sequence, with the checks between steps visible rather than described.

Product and systems

Software walkthroughs and feature explainers, rebuilt for legibility rather than screen-recorded at presenter pace.

Sales and channel enablement

Scenario-led training around pitches, objection handling and product positioning.

Formats

Cinematic scenario, animated explainer, product walkthrough, micro-drama and microlearning — the five formats we choose between per section.

How it was made.

Every frame here is AI-native production with human writing, creative direction, editing and review around it. The tools generate; the decisions about what a module should teach, in what order and what to leave out are made by people, and every frame is reviewed before it ships.

What that changes commercially is maintenance. Because the work is file-based rather than filmed, a policy change or a moved interface means re-cutting the affected section rather than reshooting the module — which is the single biggest cost difference against a conventional production.

The eleven module types set out what each one suits, and what each is best used for.

The one that's out of date, too boring to finish, or quoted at a number you can't defend. We'll come back with how we'd make it, and the curriculum audit is free either way.
