Learners here are customers, not employees.

Probbit’s production perspective

How could you apply this idea?

For customer education, work backwards from one task a user wants to finish. Show the starting state, the action and the expected result. A character or story can frame the problem, but the product workflow still needs to be easy to find and repeat.

  • What product task should the learner complete afterwards?
  • Which steps need a real screen capture rather than an illustration?
  • Can the learner return directly to the relevant task?

What the result does not establish. This is a customer-education example. Its reported completion change should not be presented as an employee-training result or a forecast for your course.

Our planning suggestions are separate from the source-reported programme and results above.
