A platform change, not a video programme.

Probbit’s production perspective

How could you apply this idea?

For distributed onboarding, map access and assignment before choosing the video treatment. A clear module is of little use if a new joiner cannot log in or find the version for their role. Keep the content owner, platform owner and line manager in the same rollout plan.

  • Can new joiners access training on their available devices?
  • Which modules belong to each role and stage of onboarding?
  • Who resolves access problems and checks progress?

What the result does not establish. The source describes a broader learning-platform programme. It is not evidence of a video-only intervention or a Probbit implementation.

Our planning suggestions are separate from the source-reported programme and results above.
