The Awareness Task
Pick one behaviour to change, such as reporting a suspicious email or handling client data, instead of covering every security topic in one module.
IT and ITES Teams
IT and ITES teams turn approved security policies and recognisable workplace scenarios into short awareness modules on phishing, data handling and secure working.

At a glance
Probbit produces cyber security awareness videos for IT and ITES teams, covering phishing, data privacy and secure working through short scenario-led modules. Content follows your approved security policies and is checked by your security lead; a video raises awareness but does not by itself establish competence or compliance.
Your training brief
Pick one behaviour to change, such as reporting a suspicious email or handling client data, instead of covering every security topic in one module.
Scenarios follow your approved information security and data privacy policies, with your security or compliance lead confirming wording, escalation routes and tools shown.
Threats and tools change, so agree who owns refreshes, which parts need new scenes, and how often the module is reviewed.

Plan the scope
Short, repeatable modules built for annual cycles, so the awareness programme is not one long induction and then silence for twelve months.
DPDP Act obligations, personal data handling, retention and deletion, and the day-to-day security behaviours (phishing, credential hygiene, shadow IT) that most breaches actually start with.
Conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, anti-bribery, procurement integrity and speak-up channels, delivered as decisions a real employee faces with a real incentive to get them wrong.
A programme broken into episodes with one objective each, sequenced so they make sense in order and still stand alone out of it.
Framed for a phone held upright, with on-screen text sized to be read at arm's length on a shop floor rather than on a desk monitor.
Prevention of Sexual Harassment training built as recognisable workplace situations rather than a reading of the Act: what the behaviour looks like in an office or on a plant floor, who the Internal Committee is, how a complaint is raised, and what protection against retaliation actually means in practice.

How it works
We audit the curriculum you have - what's stale, what's missing, what can be re-versioned instead of rebuilt.
Share approved source material and nominate a subject reviewer. Agree script reviews and approvals before production.
Storyboard, generation, grade, voice, sound. Every frame reviewed by a director before it reaches you.
Agree review rounds and approval milestones in the project scope. Consolidate subject-expert, brand and policy feedback.
Deliver agreed videos, captions and package files after scoped checks. Confirm LMS testing and any ongoing updates separately.
FAQ
Pick the behaviours your policy cares about most: spotting phishing, handling client data, reporting incidents and secure remote working. Each module should show one scenario, the right action and who to tell, using your approved policy wording.
Short enough to finish in one sitting and be rewatched, usually one behaviour per module. Length is agreed in scope with your security and L&D leads, and longer topics are split into a microlearning series.
A video can carry the awareness content, but it does not establish competence or compliance on its own. Your security lead decides what else is required, such as quizzes, phishing simulations or LMS completion records.
Plan refreshes up front. Updating a caption or voiceover line is quick, while a new scenario may need new scenes. Agree who flags changes and how often the module is reviewed in the project scope.
Yes, where your LMS supports it. Packaging, tracking and reports depend on the target platform, so they are agreed and tested during scoping rather than assumed. Captions and transcripts can be included in the agreed delivery.
