Sales training built from real conversations.
Pitch, discovery, objection handling and negotiation — played out as conversations rather than described in a deck, so a new rep has heard it before they have to have it.
What we make
The modules in this category.
Pitch and positioning
The story in the order it should be told, with the reasoning behind each move rather than a feature list read aloud.
Objection handling
The objections your team actually hears, played out as conversations — the response, and why that response lands where others do not.
Discovery and qualification
What to ask, in what order, and how to tell early that a deal is not one. The part that shortens a pipeline rather than filling it.
Channel and dealer enablement
The same message for partners and distributors who never attend an internal session, in the languages their teams actually sell in.
Who it's for. Sales enablement, revenue operations and channel teams — particularly where reps join continuously, or the partner network is spread across regions and languages.
Where we stop
What we'd tell you to shoot instead.
Your best closer on camera
If you have someone whose calls people already ask to sit in on, film them. A real closer explaining a real deal beats any scenario we can stage around it.
Role-play and coaching
Video sets the standard and gives a cohort the same reference. It does not replace practice — use it so the coaching starts from a shared baseline rather than instead of the coaching.
How is this different from recording our sales kick-off?
A kick-off recording is one person's delivery on one day, structured for a room that was present. It ages immediately and cannot be re-cut when the pitch moves. This is built as modules a rep can return to in month three, and updated section by section.
Can you build it around our actual objections?
That is the point of it. We take the objections your team names in one session — not a generic list — and stage each as a conversation with the response and the reasoning. If your reps do not recognise the objection, the module is decoration.
What happens when the product or the positioning changes?
We hold the project files, so a repositioned product, a new competitor or a changed price structure means re-cutting the affected scenes. That is the single biggest cost difference against a conventional shoot, where any change means a reshoot.
Can we use the same modules for channel partners?
Usually yes, and it is where the consistency gap is widest — partners get the least training and carry the most varied message. We normally version the internal cut for partners rather than building twice, and re-voice it into the languages the network sells in.
Will it track in our LMS?
Yes. SCORM 1.2 by default because support for it is effectively universal, with SCORM 2004, xAPI or cmi5 on request. Packaged as separate modules rather than one course, so you can see which parts of ramp-up reps actually finish. We test it against your LMS before handover.
How long does a sales programme take to produce?
It depends on module count and language count more than anything else. What moves it fastest is an approved pitch deck and one session with a rep who already does this well — that is normally enough to script a first module.

Product training that keeps up with the product.
Feature explainers, software walkthroughs and internal systems training — for products that ship changes faster than training can be rebuilt.
Animation for what a camera cannot show.
Systems, workflows, frameworks and machinery seen from the inside — for subjects where filming the outside of the thing tells you nothing about what it is doing.
Behavioural training that shows the moment.
Feedback, difficult conversations, inclusion and accountability, set in situations your managers recognise — because naming the model is not the same as knowing what to say.

One module is enough. We'll come back with how we'd make it, what it would take, and a free audit of the curriculum you already have.
