Behavioural training that shows the moment.

Feedback, difficult conversations, inclusion and accountability, set in situations your managers recognise — because naming the model is not the same as knowing what to say.

What we make

The modules in this category.

Feedback and difficult conversations

The same conversation played both ways — where it goes wrong and where it goes right — so the difference is visible rather than described.

First-time manager basics

Delegation, one-to-ones, workload and the shift from doing the work to being accountable for someone else doing it.

Inclusion and everyday behaviour

The small moments that decide whether a team is actually inclusive: who gets interrupted, who gets credited, who gets asked.

Accountability and escalation

What to do when a standard slips, and how to raise it while it is still a conversation rather than a formal process.

Who it's for. L&D and HR teams running manager capability, DEI or culture programmes — particularly first-time-manager cohorts and organisations that promote from within.

Where we stop

What we'd tell you to shoot instead.

Your own leaders speaking candidly

If a senior leader will talk honestly about a decision they got wrong, film it. Nothing we stage carries the same weight inside your organisation, and people can tell the difference.

Practice and coaching

This shows what good looks like and gives a cohort a shared reference. Behaviour changes through practice and feedback — the video should start that process, not stand in for it.

FAQ

Before you brief this.

Last reviewed

Does behavioural training actually work as video?

It works for the part that is usually missing. Most behavioural training teaches a model and assumes the hard bit is remembering it; the hard bit is knowing what to say when the conversation stops being comfortable. Video can show that moment. It cannot supply the practice that follows.

Can the scenarios be set in our workplace?

Yes, and it matters more here than in any other category. A scenario set in a generic open-plan office gives an Indian manufacturing supervisor nothing to recognise. We build them around your sector, your structures and the situations your managers actually describe.

How is this different from a talking-head expert video?

An expert explaining a framework is a lecture with better lighting. This shows the situation and lets the viewer see the decision being made — including the version where it goes badly, which is usually the more instructive one.

Can you cover DEI and inclusion without it feeling like compliance?

That is the usual failure of inclusion training: it gets built like a policy module, so people take it like one. Treating it as everyday behaviour — who gets interrupted, who gets credited — puts it back into situations people recognise rather than positions they have to agree with.

Will it work with our LMS?

Yes. SCORM 1.2 by default, with SCORM 2004, xAPI or cmi5 on request. Worth packaging as separate scenarios rather than one course, so a cohort can be assigned the two that matter this quarter. We test it against your LMS before handover.

What do you need from us to start?

Your competency framework or the programme outline you use today, and one session with whoever owns it. If you have exit-interview or engagement-survey themes you are willing to share, those tend to produce the scenarios people recognise fastest.

One module is enough. We'll come back with how we'd make it, what it would take, and a free audit of the curriculum you already have.
