Safety training that shows the actual sequence.
EHS, plant safety, permit-to-work and standard operating procedure — for workforces that read the SOP in a second language, if at all.
What we make
The modules in this category.
Plant and site safety induction
The induction every worker and contractor takes before going on site: zones, PPE, movement rules, permit requirements and what to do when something goes wrong — tracked per person so it can be evidenced.
Standard operating procedures
Step-by-step procedure modules where the order, the checks between steps and the correct end state are shown rather than listed.
Permit-to-work and high-risk activity
Hot work, working at height, confined space, lockout-tagout and line-breaking — the activities where the procedure exists precisely because the consequence of skipping a step is severe.
Incident and near-miss learning
Reconstructions built from your own incident reports, so the lesson is drawn from something that happened here rather than a generic scenario nobody recognises.
Who it's for. EHS, plant, operations and site leadership in manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, energy and field services — particularly with contract or multilingual workforces.
Where we stop
What we'd tell you to shoot instead.
Demonstrations on your specific equipment
Where the exact machine, panel, guard or torque value matters, a worker needs to see that machine — not a convincing likeness of one. That is a camera on your floor, and we will say so before you commission anything.
Competence assessment and sign-off
We produce the training. Whether someone is competent to perform the task is a supervised assessment, and no video should be treated as evidence of it.
Can you produce this in regional languages?
Yes, and for safety content it is usually the point. Additional languages are re-voiced and re-rendered from the same approved master, including on-screen text and step labels rather than subtitles pasted over the original.
Can we evidence contractor completion?
Yes. SCORM 1.2 packaging reports completion per learner into your LMS, which is what makes it usable as a record for contractors as well as employees. We test the package in your environment before handover.
What if the procedure involves our own machinery?
Then part of it should be filmed. We are direct about this: hands-on demonstrations of specific physical equipment are one of the things we will tell you to shoot rather than render. We can produce everything around that footage and cut it in.
How quickly can a revised SOP be reflected?
We hold the project files, so a changed step, threshold or screen means re-cutting that section, usually within the same week. On a conventional shoot the same change means going back to site.
Can we get short versions for toolbox talks?
Yes. Shift-briefing cuts come from the same build rather than being produced separately, so the short version cannot drift away from the full module.
Do you work from our existing SOP documents?
Yes, and that is the cheapest way to start. An approved SOP plus one session with the person who owns the procedure is normally enough for a first module.

Compliance training people actually finish.
POSH, code of conduct, anti-bribery, data privacy and information security — the modules that are mandatory, measured, and almost never watched.
Product training that keeps up with the product.
Feature explainers, software walkthroughs and internal systems training — for products that ship changes faster than training can be rebuilt.
Training that fits between two shifts.
One objective per episode, sized for a phone and for the gap someone actually has — and extendable a module at a time rather than commissioned all at once.

One module is enough. We'll come back with how we'd make it, what it would take, and a free audit of the curriculum you already have.
